September – A Monthly Wrap-Up

The author recounts two recent attempts at meditation: a session at a local center that was cut short by lengthy discussions, and a Buddhist group chanting session. While the first experience was disappointing, the chanting session was a relaxing and welcoming encounter that has prompted the author to consider joining the group regularly.
