What is ‘Kill Zone’ in AI?

Anthropic’s unreleased AI model, Mythos, can discover system vulnerabilities in just hours, significantly accelerating the speed at which they can be exploited. The "kill zone" refers to the dangerous window of time between an attacker exploiting a vulnerability (approximately 5 days) and a company patching it (approximately 32 days).
